I missed this when it first came around, I like the picture (the ray of sunlight is especially nice), but current forum format makes it difficult to see detail, so I can't tell how much motion blur is there.
One possible suggestion, though I realize my opinion on this may be unpopular these days: speed up the shutter a little. I think it's fine to have blurred moving water in such a scene, to indicate the movement of the water, but I think the fad for smooth, detail free water has become something of a cliche.
I think it's far less of an issue with a waterfall than it is with the current fad for lakes of gray flannel, but I do think there's room for a somewhat faster shutter speed that will preserve enough blur to show motion.
