NIKKOR Z 14-24mm f/2.8 S vs Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 14-24mm f/2.8G ED

Hello,
I've changed my camera body to the Nikon Z 6II from the Nikon D800E. I hike a lot and the extra pounds lighter makes a huge difference!

Question:
I own the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 14-24mm f/2.8G ED and do have the FTZ II converter. However, I'm contemplating buying the NIKKOR Z 14-24mm f/2.8 S. However, other than a lighter weight, would I be gaining much more to justify the cost of owning the Z version of this lens, as well?

If you were to ask for my most favorite lens among the whole Nikon Z line-up, it would surely be the Z 14-24mm f/2.8 S. Nikon pretty much addressed every issue with the F-mount version of this lens – I honestly did not expect it to be this good. It is sharp from center to corner, even wide open, but stop it down a little and you get some of the most detailed images you have ever seen.
